"Beyond the Door" is a moving and charming romantic drama. Play by: Uri Oryan. Dramaturgy: Shahar Pinkas. Directed by: Gama Fried. Nina is a hopeless romantic, meticulously organized and addicted to romantic comedies — but for three years now she has shut herself in at home, not daring to go out. In Beyond the Door, her life is turned upside down when the landlady's charismatic but penniless son unexpectedly returns from abroad and demands that she leave the apartment. In order to stay under her own roof, Nina is forced to share her world with a strange man who upends not only the precise routine she built for herself, but also the deepest emotional place within her. As the closeness between them grows, Beyond the Door poses a fateful question: after managing to open the door — will she also manage to open her heart? Featuring: Yael Lebental, Guy Arieli, David Gavish, Uri Hochman/Ami Smolarchik. Set design: Svetlana Berger. Lighting design: Meir Alon. Music: Lior Ronen. Costume design: Zohar Elmaliach. Movement design: Tal Kon. Video editor: Shir Mosan. Assistant director: Noa Antot. Trailer filming and editing: Shir Mosan.
