1. Operator and acceptance
Haifa Events and Sababa Events are operated by Aleksandr Utkin, operating the registered business UAD Projects (Israeli business number 346234248), Doctor Biram 1, Haifa 3498601, Israel. These Terms apply to haifa.events, sababa.events, their mobile web versions and the related iOS and Android applications. Use of public pages is subject to the rules that apply to that use. Creating or using an account requires explicit acceptance of the current Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy; an organiser must also accept the Organizer Terms. The shared account may work across both brands, and the accepted Terms cover both. Accounts are available only to people aged 18 or older. Public event information may be browsed without an account.
2. The service
Sababa Events is an event-information and discovery service. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, UAD Projects is not the event organiser, venue, ticket seller or payment provider. Event facts may come from organisers, partners or public sources and can change. Check material details with the organiser or seller before travelling or buying. AI Search is an assistance feature, not a professional recommendation. Its answer may be incomplete or wrong; verify it against the linked event information and the organiser.
3. Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate information, protect access to your account and device, and notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, collect information in a way that harms the service or people, upload malicious code, disrupt availability, misuse reports or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict an account, function or content where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Where practicable, we will explain the action and provide a contact channel; urgent protective action may be taken first.
4. Content and intellectual property
The service design, software and original materials are protected by applicable rights. Event facts themselves may come from third parties. If you submit text, images or other material, you confirm that you may lawfully provide and use it. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, format, translate, display and distribute the submitted material only as reasonably needed to publish the event, operate the services, promote the related event and keep a record of it. The operator may allow infrastructure, distribution and promotion providers to use the material only to that extent. Material showing an identifiable person may be used to publish and promote the related event, but not in separate advertising for Haifa Events, Sababa Events or another service without separate permission. Ownership remains with you. The licence ends when the material is no longer reasonably needed, except for backups, records required by law and material already lawfully included in a record of the event. 5. Events, tickets and external services
External links, tickets, payments, refunds, admission, venue conditions and the event itself are governed by the relevant organiser or seller. UAD Projects does not guarantee availability, price, safety, accessibility, cancellation or third-party performance. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights a consumer has against the relevant seller. A chosen sign-in, map, social or app-store service is also governed by its own terms.
6. Availability and responsibility
We use reasonable care to operate the service and correct verified errors, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every third-party event detail is complete and current. To the extent permitted by law, UAD Projects is not responsible for an organiser's event, ticket transaction, venue, external service or a decision made without checking third-party information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or responsibility for direct harm legally attributable to the operator's own breach. Mandatory consumer protections remain in force.
7. Changes, law and disputes
The last-updated date appears above. We may update these Terms for changes in the service, law, security or business needs. A material change affecting an account will be notified appropriately and may require new acceptance before continued use of protected account functions. Israeli law applies, without removing mandatory protections that apply to a user. A dispute will be heard by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
