Organizer Terms

1. Eligibility and authority
These Organizer Terms are provided by UAD Projects, the registered business operated by Aleksandr Utkin (Israeli business number 346234248), Doctor Biram 1, Haifa 3498601, Israel. They supplement the general Terms and apply to organiser accounts in Haifa Events and Sababa Events. An organiser account may be created and managed only by a person aged 18 or older who is authorised to act for the named organiser. Provide accurate, current identity, contact and entity details and protect account access.
2. Event information
The organiser is responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted titles, dates, times, venue, price, age guidance, language, ticket and refund terms, cancellation information, descriptions, accessibility information, images and links. Do not state accessibility arrangements unless they have been checked. Material changes and cancellations must be updated promptly through the available tools or support.
3. Rights and people shown in content
Submit only material that the organiser may lawfully use. Obtain the permissions needed for photographs, names, performances, trade marks and other protected material. Take particular care with material that identifies a child and do not publish it without the authority and permissions required by law. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, threatening, privacy-invasive or harmful content.
4. Licence
For submitted content, the organiser grants the operator the non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence described in the general Terms, limited to storing, formatting, translating, displaying and distributing the material as needed to publish the event, operate the services, promote the related event and keep a record of it. Necessary infrastructure, distribution and promotion providers may receive a limited sublicence for those purposes. Material showing an identifiable person may be used to publish and promote the related event, but not in separate advertising for Haifa Events, Sababa Events or another service without separate permission. Ownership remains with the organiser.
5. Personal information
If the organiser independently collects personal information from attendees or contacts, it is responsible for the required notice, lawful basis, security and rights handling for that processing. The organiser and UAD Projects are not automatically joint controllers for every activity; responsibility follows the actual decisions and processing. Do not place attendee lists, sensitive information or unnecessary personal information in public event fields.
6. Review, restrictions and reports
We may correct formatting, request evidence, reject, remove or temporarily hide content where reasonably needed to protect users, correct a clear error, investigate a report, comply with law or enforce the Terms. Confirmation of a rights-holder report may temporarily hide identified content while it is reviewed; this is not a final legal finding. 7. Commercial responsibility
Unless a separate written order says otherwise, basic publication is free and no audience size, ranking, clicks, sales or revenue are guaranteed. The organiser is responsible for the event, tickets, refunds, venue, permits, safety and compliance with law. To the extent permitted by law, the organiser will reimburse reasonable direct losses and costs arising from a substantiated third-party claim caused by the organiser's breach of these Terms or lack of rights in submitted material, after prompt notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond. This does not apply to loss caused by the operator's own breach, and it does not exclude liability that law does not permit either party to exclude.
8. Changes and contacts
