Copyright Reports

1. Who may report and what to provide
A copyright holder or authorised representative may report identified Sababa Events pages through the form on the site where the material appears or by emailing [email protected]. Provide accurate contact details, identify the protected work and site URL, explain the authority to act and describe the concern in good faith. The form sends a confirmation link to the supplied email address. A knowingly false or abusive report may be rejected and may result in responsibility under applicable law.
2. What happens after confirmation
After the email link is confirmed within its validity period, the identified event record may be temporarily hidden while the report is reviewed. This is a precautionary step, not a final legal finding of infringement and not a promise that material on an external service disappears immediately. A broad request must identify the material well enough for a reasonable review.
3. Review and response
We may request evidence and contact the person or organiser who supplied the disputed material so that they may respond. Depending on the evidence and applicable law, the material may remain hidden, be restored, corrected or removed. Review time depends on complexity, evidence and the required communication; no fixed completion time is promised.
4. Information in a report
We use the report information to verify the request, contact the reporter and assess the disputed material. The report is kept for review, delivered to the responsible administrator through work email and accompanied by a brief administrative message. Relevant information and contact details may be shared with the person or organisation that supplied the material when reasonably necessary for a fair review, unless law or safety requires otherwise. Service providers needed for delivery, storage and protection of the process may also receive the information. Retention and rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Contact
[email protected]. For an urgent privacy concern involving a child, also contact [email protected] and identify the exact URL and requested protective action.
