1. Who is responsible and what this policy covers
The data controller is Aleksandr Utkin, operating the registered business UAD Projects (Israeli business number 346234248), Doctor Biram 1, Haifa 3498601, Israel. UAD Projects operates Haifa Events and Sababa Events. Contact: [email protected]. This policy covers haifa.events, sababa.events, their mobile web versions and the related iOS and Android applications. The brands use shared account and server systems. Event organisers, ticket sellers, venues, sign-in services, app stores and external websites may process information independently for their own purposes.
2. Information we process
Public browsing. Hosting and security systems receive ordinary request information such as IP address, time, requested page, browser or app details and security signals. An account is not required to browse public event information. Website statistics. After the informed choice described in the Cookie and Local Storage Policy, our own site statistics help us understand which pages and sections are used, how visitors generally reach the site, the selected language, the general type of device and browser, the approximate country, clicks and overall interaction with a page. Consent may be given by selecting Accept or by intentionally continuing to use the site after the notice. Merely opening a page, waiting, scrolling or moving a pointer does not start statistics. The statistics are not designed to include an account identifier, words entered in search, form content or precise location. Accounts. If you choose Apple, Google, Facebook or Telegram sign-in, we receive the provider identifier and any name, email address or profile image that the provider returns. We also keep the record of accepting the current terms, favourites and the security and session information needed for the account. Telegram does not provide us with a phone number; Apple may provide a relay email address. Organiser accounts. We process the name, organisation, email, phone, entity details, profile information, links, submitted images and event information needed for the organiser workspace. Mobile applications. We process language and display preferences, account sessions and favourites, attendance and reminder choices, an installation identifier, notification permission, time zone and information needed to deliver and troubleshoot notifications. The applications do not request contacts or precise GPS location and do not process ticket payments. Newsletter and messages. If these functions are used, we process the email address and subscription information, contact-form details, mobile-feedback content and the identity, contact, URL and supporting information in a rights-holder report. AI Search. A signed-in user may choose to send a question. The question, language and limited result and diagnostic information are sent to an external AI-search provider and recorded so that the feature can operate, be protected from abuse and be investigated. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in an AI question. Security and diagnostics. We process limited error, security and abuse-prevention information needed to protect and troubleshoot the services.
3. Why we use information
We use information to provide and secure public pages, accounts, favourites, organiser tools, notifications, the requested newsletter, messages, AI Search and rights-holder review; to understand and improve use of the website after consent; to prevent abuse and diagnose faults; and to comply with law or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Providing information for an account, organiser workspace, newsletter, message, AI Search question or rights-holder report is voluntary and is not required by law. Without the required information, we cannot provide or answer the requested function. Public event information remains available without an account and after rejecting optional statistics. Israeli privacy law is the primary data-protection framework for the services. Where it requires consent, we seek informed consent and provide the required notice. If mandatory data-protection law of another jurisdiction applies to a particular operation, we comply with it to the extent required. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
4. Who may receive information
Information may be available, only as needed for the stated purpose, to authorised administrators and to providers of cloud hosting, data storage, security, email delivery, administrative messaging, error monitoring, push notifications and AI Search. A sign-in provider receives information when you choose it. A rights-holder report may be shared with the person or organisation that supplied the disputed material so that the report can be assessed. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, a competent authority or the protection of legal rights. Some providers process information outside Israel. A transfer from Israel is made only on a ground permitted by Israeli law and with the safeguards required for that transfer. Contact [email protected] for information about the categories of providers used for a particular function.
5. How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, then delete it or make it no longer identifiable, subject to legal obligations, disputes, security needs and backup cycles. Account and organiser information is normally kept while the account is active. A deletion request removes active account records, while revocation at an external sign-in provider, file cleanup and backup expiry may finish later. A newsletter record is kept while subscription is pending or active. After unsubscribe, a minimal record may remain for as long as needed to honour the opt-out and prevent another mailing. Detailed website-statistics and AI-search records are kept only while reasonably needed for operation, security, troubleshooting or claims. When they are no longer needed, we delete or de-identify them; non-identifying summaries may be kept longer. Messages are kept while they are handled and for reasonable follow-up. Consent, security, rights-holder and dispute records may be kept for the period reasonably needed to prove the action, protect the service, comply with law or handle a claim.
6. Your choices and rights
You may reject or later withdraw website-statistics consent through the cookie settings. You may manage notifications, favourites and attendance choices through the service or device, and may request deletion of a consumer or organiser account through the available account controls. Israeli law provides rights, subject to its conditions and exceptions, to inspect personal information held about you in a database and to request correction of information that is incomplete, incorrect, unclear or out of date. Send a request to [email protected]. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify identity and locate the relevant records.
7. Children
Public event information may be browsed without an account. Consumer and organiser accounts are for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly ask a child to create an account or submit personal information through account functions. If a parent or guardian believes that a minor provided personal information, or that public event material improperly identifies a child, contact [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removal where justified.
8. Security and incidents
We use organisational and technical measures appropriate to the information and risk, including access restrictions, protected connections, credential safeguards, logging and protective measures in our work with service providers. No internet service can promise absolute security. We investigate suspected incidents, limit harm and notify the Privacy Protection Authority or affected people when the applicable law requires notification.
9. Changes and contact
The last-updated date appears above. If a change materially affects how information is used or the contractual terms accepted for an account, we will provide an appropriate notice and, where required, ask for a new choice or acceptance. Privacy: [email protected]. Support and account deletion: [email protected]. Legal and rights-holder matters: [email protected]. Accessibility: [email protected].
