The show takes place in the colonnade of the Opera House: children sit on rugs and adults on chairs. What happens when a bored princess meets a wonder child with absolute pitch and rare musical talent? Together with friends from the world of opera, they set off on a fantastical journey of singing, costumes, props, and lots of humor. The Israeli Opera's mini-opera brings children closer to the world of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in a light and imaginative way. Accompanied by piano and colorful characters, beloved excerpts are heard from The Marriage of Figaro, The Magic Flute, Così fan tutte, The Abduction from the Seraglio, and Don Giovanni. Children are invited to take part in the story and discover how music, creativity, and imagination can turn any moment magical. Libretto: Ido Ricklin. Directing: Avigail Sandler. Musical direction and piano: Daniel Cherbinsky. Cast: Princess: Mika Cohen. Sentry / Giovanni: Daniel Miller. Maid / Zerlina: Dalia Besprozvani. Governess / Fiordiligi: Tamara Nashri. Teacher / Mozart: Naomi Shadmi.
