The Gospel According to Monty Python - a musical circus for orchestra, choir and dead parrot, a show produced by the Revolution Orchestra starring Ben Peri. The rich archive of the legendary British comedy troupe "Monty Python": iconic sketches, brilliant animated segments and wacky songs from the "Flying Circus" series and the films "And Now for Something Completely Different," "The Meaning of Life," "The Holy Grail" and "Life of Brian" serve as raw material and a foundation for creating original works and arrangements for orchestra, choir and actor. The Pythonesque DNA of associative, deranged comic thinking, absurd connections between distant worlds of content, and witty sketches with no clear punchline is reflected in the choice to create "something completely different" that is entirely British and entirely — created here in Israel.
