A play based on the bestselling book by Eshkol Nevo, depicting a farewell that brings with it longing but also new opportunities for change and adventure. Amalia's dad has gone away for a few days while she stays home with mom. Amalia wants dad to come back already, but time passes slowly and she has no patience to wait. To her surprise, strange and funny guests arrive for a visit. Who knows why mom always disappears just when things get most interesting, and who are those guests really? Finally, when dad comes home, Amalia discovers that when someone close travels, everyone misses them - both mom and dad, each in their own way. Sometimes it's even a little nice to miss someone, because when you meet again the joy is great and doubled. In many ways there is comfort in that, because longing is a sign of great love.
