A new production for children and the whole family, based on the fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen. One of the best-known and best-loved fairy tales by the great Danish children's author Hans Christian Andersen now comes to the Malenki Theater stage in a new theatrical adaptation. This is a moving, touching story about a little duckling, different from the others and therefore considered "ugly," who sets out on a journey of trials and discoveries — until he discovers his true beauty and becomes a beautiful white swan. A musical-theatrical journey that unfolds across the four seasons of the year, revealing the duckling's courage to be different and special. Despite the hardships along his way, he feels an inner drive to keep going — until he finds his place in the world and experiences freedom, self-acceptance, and happiness. This is a tale about how everyone is beautiful in their own way, and that sometimes it takes time to spread your wings. During the show, excerpts are heard from Antonio Vivaldi's Four Seasons, alongside works by Saint-Saëns, Boccherini, and others, performed live on stage.
