The veteran blues band, celebrating 35 years of activity and now a local legend, returns to the Shablul stage, this time for a festive afternoon show, with guest Yair Dalal. Blues Rosh Pina was founded in Rosh Pina in the 1980s, became one of the important bands on the local blues scene, and was a fixture of Tel Aviv nightlife in the early 1990s with regular shows at the Logos club alongside names like Yossi Elefant, Ehud Banai, Yitzhak Klepter and Hami Rodner. Yair Dalal, a violinist, oud player, composer and singer, is one of the pioneers of connecting traditional Middle Eastern music with contemporary Western music. In his work he blends influences from Iraqi, Arabic and Jewish music with free improvisation, jazz and blues, creating a personal musical language that crosses the boundaries of cultures and styles. His meeting with Blues Rosh Pina promises an intriguing connection between American blues and the sounds and musical traditions of the Middle East. The band will play special arrangements of well-known blues classics, as well as original pieces from the band's debut album, "No Price for Freedom," with sweeping performances, guitars, horns and a rich sound that connects the blues roots of the 1960s to today's world. A blues experience that will warm the heart and touch the soul. Itai Elohav – guitar and vocals, Gershon Milnikov – vocals, Eli Targan – bass guitar, Sonia Jacob – saxophone and vocals, Oren Raviv – drums, Ofir Lukai – guitar Guest: Yair Dalal
