A magical, dazzling, and imaginative musical show that brings to the stage the inspiring childhood story of Hans Christian Andersen, the greatest of fairy-tale writers. Hans, a poor and lonely boy who struggles to read and is mocked by his friends, finds refuge in a world of imagination, where wonderful stories are born and dreams become fairy tales. When the king announces a story competition with a great prize, Hans decides to dare and write a story. If he wins the prize, his mother will be able to pay the rent and they will be able to stay in their home. Just before the competition begins, his story disappears and all seems lost, but a surprising encounter with Lulu, a mysterious girl he happened to meet, changes everything. As reality and imagination meet, Andersen's wonderful fairy tales - The Ugly Duckling, The Little Mermaid, The Emperor's New Clothes, The Nightingale and the Emperor of China, and The Flower of the Golden Heart - come to life on stage in a colorful, immersive, and funny musical celebration that reminds us all of the power of creativity and the magic of imagination.
