An absurdist parody about elections by: Ion Luca Caragiale Translation, adaptation and direction: Niko Nitai A grotesque play, funny to tears, that sharply exposes the behind-the-scenes of an election system. Two large rival parties collide, with the ruling party having the best chances of winning the coveted seat. But one not-so-innocent letter causes an upheaval and endangers the promised victory. A whole circus of schemes and intrigues no less real than reality itself. This is a sharp and entertaining satire on the corrupt structure of elections in modern society. Cast: Osher Beit Halachmi, Martin Blumenfeld, Tzvika Dolev, Ariela Bernstein, Gal Israeli, Yonatan Leviathan, Roi Mashiach, Avner Madoel Ben-Yehuda, Assaf Mor and Leon Nonin. Artistic consultant: Dorit Nitai Neeman, Music: Or Matza, Set design: Tzvi Fedelman, Costumes: Liron Marton, Lighting: Ronen Bachar, Assistant director: Guy Israeli and Omri Baker Directions: Entrance from Tel Giborim Street – go straight to the end | Entrance from Tzvi Freigerzon Street – take the elevator at the entrance and go up to floor 1
