The Israeli Chamber Opera presents: LA TRAVIATA, an international opera production featuring the Chamber Opera Orchestra and the Tel Aviv Philharmonic Choir — about 100 performers on one stage. An unforgettable evening of love, passion, and sacrifice: the most beloved and most performed opera in the world, by Giuseppe Verdi, comes on tour across the country, with performances in Rishon LeZion, Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Petah Tikva. The plot follows Violetta Valéry, a beautiful society woman who discovers true love in the arms of Alfredo. But social conventions, personal sacrifice, and a serious illness lead the two on a turbulent journey of love, pain, and renunciation. The tragic ending, accompanied by Verdi's stirring and brilliant music, is considered one of the highlights of the opera world and leaves every viewer deeply moved. Conductor: Leonti Wolf.
