A single recording by jazz pianist Thelonious Monk changes the course of Pannonica ("Nica") Rothschild's life. She leaves her home and sets out to find the man behind the music she heard, even before she met him. In Yehonadav Tzadka's play, the encounter with New York's jazz world puts Nica face to face with a choice between the family life she knew and the freedom she seeks for herself. Gadi Tzadka directed this Hebrew Theater production, with a live orchestra accompanying it on stage.
