A new adaptation of the beloved fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen. In a magical kingdom beneath the sea lives a mermaid who is tired of being little. Her father and siblings are certain that humans are dangerous creatures, but she is determined to prove otherwise. She rises above the water's surface and meets a young prince there — and despite their great differences, they have a lot in common. She decides to go against her family and take on human form, to give love and peace between the two worlds a chance. Will the two young people succeed where the grown-ups failed? Suitable for ages 5 and up.
