The HaMahapecha Orchestra returns to where it all began — the program "Shirim BeTzavta" ("Songs Together"), broadcast on Channel One from the legendary "Tzavta" club — in a Re:Play format show that blows the dust off our collective memory. This is not a nostalgic concert but a "live laboratory" that takes beloved classic staples and songs we love dearly and gives them a new pulse — relevant and full of kick. Songs by cultural giants Shlomo Artzi, Shalom Hanoch, Chava Alberstein, Shoshana Damari, Ariel Zilber, Yehudit Ravitz and others — all from their youth, as documented in the legendary program — return to the stage and screen in one evening. The original performances are woven together with rich orchestral arrangements and original video-art work using archival material. For the first time, HaMahapecha collaborates with creators Ilan Peled and Roy Bar Natan, who will perform on stage in alternation and star in a series of retro clips and "commercials" filmed especially for the show as a televised homage to the 1970s. Artistic direction: Amir Lekner, Zohar Sharon and Roy Oppenheim. Conductor: Roy Oppenheim. In partnership with: Kan 11 — the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation.
