The Israeli Theater Hour for children and youth presents: Peter Pan. The brave and mischievous leader of the Lost Boys is filled with longing for the innocent days in the nursery – for the quiet moments, the sense of security, and the stories Wendy used to whisper before bedtime. Drawn by his yearning for that familiar magic, he returns one evening, sits down beside the children, and listens excitedly to her stirring stories. As he listens, he is swept not only into a world of imagination and adventure, but also absorbs important insights about life: the value of taking responsibility, the courage to grow up and change, and the understanding that even when we grow up and move to new surroundings, we can always turn a new page, make friends, and discover that we're capable of doing meaningful, important, and fascinating things.
