Alin, a young and sad princess, refuses to celebrate her birthday and cannot manage to feel joy. The King, her worried father, together with everyone in the kingdom, try every possible way to bring back her smile — they plan, think, and invent ideas, but nothing manages to touch the princess's heart. Just when it seems there's no solution left, Ron appears, the youngest servant in the palace. Simply, sensitively, and with the help of a rich world of imagination, he gives the princess an extraordinary gift — surprising, original, and unexpected. It is a truly special gift, one that manages to open Alin's heart, bring back her laughter, and remind her of the joy of life. Through their encounter, the princess learns about the healing power of true friendship, and about the ability of imagination and creativity to fill the heart, give hope, and turn sadness into joy.
