August 5, 2026, as part of the Karmiel Dance Festival 2026: a musical based on the songs of Yair Rosenblum — an Israeli love story set against the years that shaped an entire generation. Between the euphoria of '67 and the trauma of '73, a group of teenage boys and girls stand just before enlistment — and before life. Mika is torn between two loves: Gidi, her childhood love who returns from the war wounded and runs from everything, and Ari, a classmate who finds a new path through faith and wins her heart. A moving musical play about love, parting and disillusionment, accompanied by Yair Rosenblum's unforgettable songs — from the ballad of Hedva and Shlomik and "Song of an Ordinary Day," through "Beloved in the Sayeret Cherev" and "The Paratrooper's Song," to "Last Rain" and "It's the Melody That Decides." Directed by Tzadi Tzarfati. Script adaptation — Moshe Kaptan and Shahar Pinkas. Choreography — Tomer Yifrach. Musical direction — Yehonatan Perlman. Set design — Lily Ben Nachshon. Lighting design — Uri Morag. Costume design — Ella Kolesnik. Wig design — Irena Segal. Executive producer — Neta Birk.
