In the show "The Face of the Country," Yair Nitzani — one of the founders of Tislam, a comedian and television personality — brings together Israeli music and the humor that accompanies it. This is a musical stand-up show that puts songs and laughs on the same stage. From protest songs to pop hits, from the days of Tislam to today's humor, Nitzani moves between eras and between the two worlds he's identified with — rock and satire. The encounter offers a look at Israeli culture through Nitzani's own path, rather than a full-band Tislam performance. On stage: Yair Nitzani.
