"The Gang" at the Habima Theater brings together five childhood friends with a past they tried to leave behind. This is the last play by Edna Mazya, dealing with the bond between friends, silence and personal responsibility. In the play, almost thirty years have passed since their paths parted. When the friends meet again, an event they preferred not to talk about also returns to the conversation. The years have changed their lives, but have not erased the impact of the shared secret. The reunion puts the friendship to the test: what holds the group together, and what happens when loyalty to friends clashes with the need to confront the truth? Through the group's story, the price each of them pays for what was done and what was left unsaid is also examined. Creators and cast: After Edna Mazya's death, work on the play continued together with Shahar Pinkas and Noam Shmuel, who had worked with her. Completion of writing: Shahar Pinkas. Direction and dramaturgy: Noam Shmuel. Featuring: Uri Blufarb, Shiran Huberman, Neil Mashan, Gary Nofin, Joy Rieger.
