The house is shaking. From outside and from inside. Families are falling apart. People are failing to survive the chaos and the hell around us. Everything is burning and rattling, destabilizing and blending together – people walk around sad, hurting, angry, confused, struggling to hold any more grief, sorrow, and pain. They search for relief, entertainment, normalcy, stimulation, to make a change in their lives and to experience things intensely, because who knows what tomorrow will bring... and so they also ruin, dismantle, break, and get confused by the intensities. And everything blends into everything else – the personal into the general and the general into the personal. Where is home? Where is the "center"? How do you maintain separation or boundaries between the public home and the private one? Does it hurt because it hurts outside? Or does it hurt because everything is falling apart inside me? The new work Home deals with the search for these boundaries between the private home and the general, between the personal and the public, and which of them holds the other - or which one breaks the other?
