The festival's soloists celebrate the great songs of the Beatles in one-time performances like never heard before, arranged and musically directed by Gil Zohar. Featuring: Gil Zohar - arrangements, musical direction, bass; Rino Cirinna - saxophone (Italy); John Arman - guitar (Austria); Anders Bergcrantz - trumpet (Sweden); Diana Hajiyeva (Dihaj) - vocals (Azerbaijan); Catalin Milea - saxophone (Romania); Kasperi Sarikoski - trombone (Finland); Amikam Kimelman - saxophone; Gadi Stern - piano; Ofer Portugali - piano; Amos Hadani - guitar; Roey Oliel - drums. Gil Zohar is a musician, yoga teacher, coach and therapist. He plays piano, bass guitar, side flute and vocals. He has performed (and still performs) alongside the finest Israeli artists in Israel and around the world, such as Achinoam Nini, Shlomo Artzi, Gidi Gov, Matti Caspi and many others, as well as at jazz festivals in Israel and abroad. Gil teaches at the Rimon School and combines the worlds of coaching, yoga and music to give his students unique tools for personal, artistic and emotional development.
