An extraordinary concert in which the classical cello is presented in its pure sound, undisturbed by arrangements, microphones, stage lighting, or other accessories. Petah Tikva warmly welcomes the eminent cellist Professor Alexander Kaganovsky (Switzerland-Israel), together with the outstanding musician, the magnificent pianist Alexander Ivanov (principal pianist of the Israeli Opera). Alexander Kaganovsky is a professor and teacher at the International Music Academy in Cremona (Italy). His extensive repertoire spans from Baroque to contemporary music. He has served as principal cellist in numerous orchestras in Israel and Europe: the ISO, the IPO, the Basel Symphony Orchestra, the Bern Symphony Orchestra, and the European Soloists Orchestra of Luxembourg.
