The work springs from a personal, private place. Ginz takes viewers into an inner, romantic world, on a journey of a soul searching for a home after the shattering of the unbreakable and the quiet death of love. He dwells lovingly on love, explores human emotion and relationships between couples, and yearns for intimacy in an age when society is haunted by demons and the values of the past have fallen apart. The company's 16 dancers inspire awe with deep emotional honesty and sweeping physical virtuosity. Original music was written for the piece, at times echoing hints of Mozart's Requiem, by the wonderful Beer Sheva-based musician Gil Namet, with whom Ginz is collaborating for the second time after "White Faces."
