The Mizrali Ensemble invites you to an enjoyable, surprising, and liberating musical evening, combining wonderful music with a humane and charming look at life and at one of history's great geniuses. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is considered one of the greatest composers of all time, a creator who gave the world sublime moments of beauty, emotion, and spiritual uplift. But alongside his immortal masterpieces, there also hid a man full of humor, mischief, and love of life. In this show we set out on a light and amusing journey following the lesser-known side of Mozart, through the humorous canons he wrote and other works from the period. Between laughter and a wink, we discover how even the greatest artists found inspiration in life's small, everyday, and sometimes even embarrassing moments. A bit about us - the Mizrali Ensemble: Following the collaboration between the ensemble's members and the Barrocada Orchestra in early 2022, we decided to continue the success and formalize our connection by creating a new vocal ensemble in Israel focused on historically informed performance of music from the Baroque and Renaissance periods. Ensemble members: Yaela Avital - soprano, Nitzan Alon - alto, Doron Florentin - tenor, Yair Polishuk - baritone and artistic director. Special guest: Yonatan Suissa - countertenor singer and harp player. The event takes place with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sport.
