A festive and inspiring opening of the festival that will be a true celebration of music. Iris and Ofer Portugali, together with a gospel choir, present original, vivid interpretations of the greatest love songs by The Beatles. New arrangements were created especially for the festival, in which the melodic charm of the legendary Liverpool four blends organically with the power, spiritual depth and irrepressible energy of gospel. The program includes All You Need Is Love, My Sweet Lord, Let It Be, With a Little Help from My Friends, Eleanor Rigby and other timeless hits that became a musical symbol of several generations. Unique arrangements by pianist and composer Ofer Portugali, the heartfelt performance of Iris Portugali and the gospel choir, and an international creative union with Azerbaijani singer Diana Hajiyeva and Austrian guitarist John Arman will give the audience a rich, uplifting evening full of love. The concert is dedicated to the unifying power of music and its eternal message — love, hope and humanity.
