The performances are intended for ages 3-8 and take place in the opera house's foyer, with children sitting on rugs and adults seated around them on chairs. Mini Opera – The Wonder of Mozart is a children's mini opera in Hebrew from the Israeli Opera, inspired by the characters, stories and music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. At the center of the plot is a princess searching for meaning and a child prodigy with absolute pitch and extraordinary musical talent. Together with characters from the world of opera, they set out on a colorful journey of singing, costumes, props and humor. The show is accompanied by piano and weaves in beloved excerpts from The Marriage of Figaro, The Magic Flute, Così fan tutte, and The Abduction from the Seraglio. Children are invited to take part in the story and get to know the world of Mozart and opera through music, creativity and imagination. A ticket is required for every age.
