A musical adventure comedy for children, "Caramel" tells the story of Ruby, Gol and El-Al — three orphaned siblings who inherit surprising assets from their wealthy uncle: a magnificent castle, a large factory, and one extraordinary cat. The cat is given to Ruby, the youngest brother, and together with their adoptive mother Mila and their good friend Sef, the family moves to live in the new castle. There, Ruby meets his cat, Caramel, for the first time, and discovers to his surprise that it is a talking cat, wise and possessing wonderful magical powers. But the castle is not as quiet as it seems: within its walls also lives the wicked housekeeper, Mrs. Blum, who is scheming to take over the siblings' inheritance with the help of her beautiful daughter, Helena. The situation quickly becomes complicated — Mrs. Blum tries to turn the siblings against each other and steal the magic cat; El-Al and Gol both fall in love with Helena and get into a fight over her; and Ruby, with Caramel's help, begins to uncover the plot and try to stop it. An orphan girl named Jane also arrives at the castle, followed by the greedy orphanage director, Cecilia, who also covets Caramel and his special powers. Facing threats, intrigues and dangers, the siblings learn — with Mila's help — that the best way to deal with cunning enemies is to stay united and act together. Meanwhile, Ruby discovers that life is much easier when you have a wise and wonderful cat like Caramel by your side, one who knows not only how to talk — but also how to turn stones into gold.
