Segev, a young man at a crossroads in his life, decides to reach out to Avshalom, his older brother, who cut off all contact with the family many years ago and disappeared from their lives. The reason for the fraught contact: their father's serious medical condition, which forces the past to resurface. The unexpected meeting between the two brothers, who never truly knew each other, ignites an intense emotional whirlwind that sweeps up the entire family. Between moments of sharp humor and raw pain, a chain of events unfolds that manages to be simultaneously funny, shattering, and tragic. The two brothers are forced to confront the threat of death, old unspoken resentments, and hidden family secrets, revealed for the first time, that shake the foundations of their relationship. This is a charged journey of reconciliation, disillusionment, and belated coming-of-age, in which past and present collide powerfully.
