Gali is an optimistic girl, full of imagination and a lover of nature. Ahead of starting first grade, she is very excited and shares her feelings with her good friends: Danny the neighbor, the cypress tree, the wagtail, and the animals in the garden. Together with them, Gali sets out on a magical journey, partly in her imagination, in which she copes with the thoughts and butterflies in her stomach ahead of what awaits her in the new place — school. Along the way, Gali learns from her friends the meaning of diligence, perseverance, patience and self-belief. The musical incorporates the well-known and beloved songs of Ehud Manor: "Forever Following the Sun," "Cypress," "My Little Sister," "Gali," "Threads of Rain," "Wagtail," "Who Loves Shabbat" and more.
